Dr. Carson Durr
Finally, after two long weeks, I started practicing again. I was so excited to be back with the guys. Two days later, the pain crept back in. Same pain, same spot. I refused to continue taking the meds or go back to the doctor. This time we chose a different option. My parents took my to a Chiropractor 40+ miles away in Billings. She took the time to properly evaluate, diagnose, and treat my condition. She checked my spine with her hands, found the problem, and treated me the same day. She also explained exactly what the problem was and why I felt the way I did.
It was incredible. I'd never experienced anything like it - I knew it would be a big part of my life. I now treat my patients exactly how I like to be treated. I'm an athlete, I've been there.
That's my Chiropractic story.
I was born and raised in Montana, graduating from Roberts High School and continuing to MSU. I received a Bachelor's in Health and Human Development in 2007 and was a Big Sky Conference All-Academic performer each of my four years as a member of the Montana State Men's Basketball Program under coaches Mick Durham and Brad Huse.
I started graduate school in 2008 and graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2011 receiving my Chiropractic Doctorate, State Board Certification and X-Ray Certificate.
I understand the effort that goes into performing at optimum levels, its tough. My focus will reflect that effort. My strong sports background will influence my patients - keeping them motivated, healthy, and feeling great without medicating themselves onto another planet.
